Our enriching 4-hour neuroplasticity program designed to engage, inspire, and nurture cognitive well-being. Participants will get involved in a diverse range of activities carefully crafted to stimulate neural pathways, encourage creativity, and foster meaningful connections.
Each class accommodates a maximum of 15 participants, ensuring a focused and engaging experience for everyone.
To create an intimate and supportive environment, participants will be divided into groups of 3. These smaller groups will rotate through each activity station, allowing for deeper engagement and connections with fellow participants.
Morning tea and a light lunch will be provided on site to make this an enjoyable outing for all participants.
Our "Artistic Adventures" program is a vibrant canvas for participants to express themselves through various art forms. "Memory Lane Storytelling" is a program that delves into the rich tapestry of participants' lives. Guided storytelling sessions allow participants to revisit and share treasured memories. By engaging with their personal narratives, participants strengthen cognitive connections, reinforce their sense of self, and foster a deeper connection with others.
